Breakfast at the 7 Seas is a delicious way to start your day's adventure. The daily offering includes juices, coffee, tea, fresh fruits and yogurt parfaits, home-made morning pastries, bagels and English muffins, hard boiled eggs and cheese. Every day we prepare a special breakfast for our guests. These homemade dishes include 7 Seas specialties like French toast, Belgium waffles with caramelized bananas and Chantilly cream, eggs in a basket, NY style blintzes, potato pancakes, savory cheesy veggie egg casserole and egg soufflés. Our guests count on breakfast being a special treat.
After a day exploring the mountains and lake, regardless of the season or the activity, it is time to relax and unwind. Before venturing out to our many great food and beverage venues in town, our guests gather in our café or garden for refreshments, appetizers and great conversation. The 7 Seas prides itself in offering a selection of beers and wines and juices, cheese, fruit snacks every day for the guests of the inn. And, just like breakfast, the innkeepers prepare some of their favorite homemade appetizers just for their guests. Some of the house specialties include flatbreads, soups and chili, sliders, crostini, grilled cheese bites, and dips. Every evening at the 7 Seas is a celebration and our way of saying thank you to our great guests.
